At scrim, we set out the terms under which we provide our sportsbook, live-casino, slot, and esports platform. You may withdraw to the same payment method you deposited from. If you used a bank transfer to deposit, we will process your withdrawal to that bank account. We do not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

During holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, bank networks may be closed or operate on reduced schedules. Plan ahead if your withdrawal falls near a holiday — processing may take longer than usual.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

We offer deposit bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms — including minimum odds for sports bets, wagering requirements for slots, or time-limit windows within which you must use the bonus. Account Closure and Dormancy

If your account remains inactive (no login, no bet, no game activity) for 12 months, we reserve the right to classify it as dormant. Dormant accounts are not eligible for deposits or withdrawals, though we will notify you before taking this step. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a simple verification step.

Jurisdiction Notice and Applicable Law
