This page describes what we collect when you use scrim and how we keep that data protected. We operate across multiple jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by local law. Cookies and Tracking on scrim

- Closed accounts: We retain your data for 7 years after account closure to comply with tax and AML regulations. After 7 years, we delete your personal data (name, ID, email) but may retain anonymised transaction records for statistical purposes.
- Fraud investigations: If we suspect fraud, we may retain your data longer to support legal proceedings.
