If a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment fails to reach your scrim account, check your e-wallet app first — you may see a notification explaining the failure. If funds were deducted from your e-wallet but did not appear in scrim within subject to verification, contact your payment provider's customer service; they can trace the transaction. Once your e-wallet confirms the payment was sent successfully, contact our support team with the transaction reference number — we can investigate on our side. For bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), if the transfer fails, your bank will return the funds to your account within standard banking windows. Do not re-attempt the transfer immediately; wait for the first attempt to be fully cleared by your bank.
We do not offer a free demo mode on scrim at this time. However, you can create a real account and deposit a small amount to try games before committing more funds. Payments and transactions
Before your first deposit on scrim, we require KYC (know-your-customer) verification. You must upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID — either an Indonesian KTP (national ID card), passport, or recognised identity document. The photo must show your full name, date of birth, and ID number; a blurry or partial image will be rejected. You will also confirm your email address and phone number via a verification code. Once the e-wallet confirms the transaction, you will be returned to scrim and your balance will update immediately. No additional code or reference number is needed; the payment is automatic. If you are depositing via local payment, scan the QR code displayed on the Cashier page using your e-wallet or banking app, confirm the amount, and complete the payment. online payment works the same way. For bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), we generate a unique virtual account number — transfer the exact amount to that number within the time window shown. The deposit appears in your scrim balance once your bank confirms the transfer, typically within minutes on business days.
Games and markets
We offer live and pre-match odds for Liga 1 (Indonesia's top division), Piala Indonesia (cup tournament), Piala AFF (Southeast Asian championship), Premier League, Champions League, and other international leagues.
